Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented brand specialist who can identify, develop, and help amplify the stories that will elevate the brand value of the organisation. Develop, contribute, and manage the execution of a brand building exercise through effective execution of offline/online/social media strategies. Develop a cohesive, robust internal & external brand strategy that is well aligned with the overall business objective

Key Performance Areas
  • Responsible for complete management of brand (both traditional and digital) throughout the entire strategic, planning and implementation process
  • Should have hands on experience of developing, handling and maintaining various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, the google ecosystem etc.) essentially platforms effective in building brand saliency across
  • Accountable for effective brand communication and media deliverables for the domestic market
  • Translating strategy statement into ideas and actions
  • Developing the go-to-market plan for the launch of the new products & the plan for year-round promotion of the same
  • This role involves coordination with the Product teams, partner agencies, internal support departments to deliver on the overall marketing objectives
  • Identify innovative brand partnership that contribute to increase brand awareness and saliency of the organisation
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Corporate Identity and Employer branding
  • Leading PR Activities and identify opportunities with stakeholders to strengthen the positive brand image of the company
  • Coordinate external and internal communications flow (Company Website, Newsletters, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Oversee established internal communications channels (e.g. intranet, email announcements) while reviewing and developing them further
  • Monitors Brand health, product performance segment wise and aligns actions to overall Marketing strategy
Employee Engagement
  • Develop and deliver calendar of activity, supporting the organisation to increase levels of employee engagement
  • Design and maintain an effective employee engagement framework to support the goals and vision of our People Strategy
  • Implement and analyse results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement
  • Play a key role in the development and execution of our employee engagement strategy, working closely with our HR team and other stakeholders
Marcomm strategy and planning
  • Craft compelling messaging and narratives that evoke positive and vibrant imagery of the organization, along with visually compelling content like videos and infographics
  • Develop internal and external communications strategies for projects, events, and the organization
  • Manage the messaging on websites and ensure the brand perception is consistent across all digital and offline channels
  • Oversee the execution of newsletters and all communications (like annual reports, brochures, catalogue etc.)
  • Plan, strategize and execute the large-scale events e.g. Domestic & International Exhibition, Activation, Customer Meet, and conceptualising and executing Digital campaigns
  • Establishing a process and standard for benchmarking the brand’s performance to ensure that campaigns are relevant and competitive
  • Coordination with creative agency in holistic brand management and marketing planning process, positioning concepts, segmentation, marketing planning, creative execution, message distribution, measurement, and optimization
  • Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends
  • Coordinate the appearance of all organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc
  • Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on Facebook, LinkedIn etc
  • Creating and deployment of annual media plan in line with organisation business goal
Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Creating and implementing an approach to CSR that complements the business strategy in the areas of corporate responsibility
  • To be responsible for projecting the company as an involved, responsible, and forward-thinking corporate
  • Managing the overall CSR initiatives to ensure that they benefit the local communities as well as the Company objectives
Education and Experience Required
Education: Desirable to have a Post-Graduation degree / Diploma (MBA) in Marketing or Communication from a reputable business school Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant work experience in communications having successfully designed and implemented innovative, successful internal, external and media relations campaign. Preferably from Automotive Industry

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

This is a customer facing role and responsible to generate demand and develop the necessary sales channel for the brand in the designated overseas market. The person should be a go getter and ready to travel minimum 15-18 days a month in the designated market. He will be responsible for achieving the sales target in adherence to the commercial policy for his cluster. The incumbent will also be responsible for customer service and satisfaction (Pre & post sales)

Key Performance Areas
  • The position is responsible for identifying and developing required sales Chanel for OTH tires in the overseas market
  • Manage &. execute the GTM strategy
  • Achieve the primary & secondary sale
  • Adherence of the Commercial policy
  • Customer interaction and after sales service
  • Market intelligence and feedbacks
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Sale strategy and planning
  • Analyse and monitor the potential of assigned markets and prepare a business plan
  • Gather market intelligence to identify and secure suitable business opportunities
  • Develop a funnel for alternative channel appointment
  • Plan for acquisition of customers/ channel partners, entry into consuming markets / regions
  • Formulate strategies for developing and expanding the business in each country
  • Strategize & develop availability & visibility of the tires, which will help creating market awareness of products
Sales Management
  • Market Mapping – evaluate potential in the markets for the respective cluster
  • Achieve sales plan
  • Effective Merchandising of Brand elements
  • Product training and development of the distributor sales team
  • Order taking and dispatch planning coordination with logistics
Customer management
  • TAT for customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategy for Point of Interaction with end customers directly, to solicit their feedback on the product availability and quality
  • Provide timely service and response to the customer
Pricing and Commercials
  • Adherence to the commercial policy
  • Monitor competition’s pricing and schemes within the cluster
  • Maintain & monitor market prices to enhance channel profitability
Marketing Activities
  • Regular market feedbacks on competition activities regarding pricing, schemes and activities
  • Plan & participation in trade fairs
  • Utilisation of POP/POS effectively & implement marketing activities in assigned territory
Documentation, Reports & Research
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis (monthly) for all categories
Education and Experience Required
Education: Graduate. Desirable to have a Post-Graduation degree / Diploma (MBA) Experience: 8 to 10 years of working experience in Tire Industry (Farm/ OTR categories) Preferably experienced in International Sales.
Experience in after sales service will be an added advantage
Customer Service Executive – Export Sales
Role Managing backend sales support for International Markets

Key Activities & Responsibilities
Managing the Export Operation:
  • Order booking, sending PI, planning dispatch according to customer need
  • Sending CI, PL, BL & other documents to customer
  • Payment follow-up, asking documentation team to dispatch the BL & other documents to customer on payment confirmation
  • Taking care of license requirements as per different countries need
Handling Marketing Operations:
  • Ensuring the requirement of POSM to the customer
Customer Service:
  • Handling customer queries
  • Timely response to customers
Collaborating with different departments:
  • Collaborating with different departments to make sure that Sales, Marketing, Service Queries, Deliveries, etc. are handled efficiently
Operational Support to the Front-Line Managers:
  • Supporting the front-line managers with the operational support
MIS Management:
  • Generating and maintaining the various MIS reports
Claim Handling:
  • Checking with technical team the reason of defect in the tire once received claim from the customer. If manufacturing defect, then informing the customer about the exact claim amount & compensating the claim amount
Education and Experience Required
Education: PGDM/MBA from B Schools (Tier I & II), Freshers/Experienced Experience: 0 to 2 years
